Work includes new and replacement of concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, retaining walls, driveway approaches, placement of ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, removal of asphalt pavement, provide traffic control, restore landscaping, asphalt patching and other subsidiary work as specified in the Contract Documents, including all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any other items necessary to complete the work.
