*Attending the Site Visit is not mandatory; however, Proposers are encouraged to be present. The selected

Proposers shall assume sole responsibility for the complete effort as required for this project.

If necessary, Rowan reserves the right to interview Proposers solely for the purpose of clarifying information

contained in the proposal documentation. No additional information or changes to the proposal will be permitted

during these interviews, which will be for clarification purposes only.

In order to be considered for the award, all information must be received by the required date and time. Any

proposal not received on time will be rejected.
