Description: The Village of Carpentersville (Village) requests a Proposal from qualified firms or joint-ventured firms (“firm”) for the Design/Build services (design, construction, and construction management) of comprehensive improvements to the Village Hall / Police facility. This would include required selective demolitions, remediation of asbestos and other environmental contaminants, renovations to existing remaining building, building addition(s), on-site parking lot reconstruction/expansion, and renovation of exterior common space. The scope of work includes but is not limited to meetings, site visits and investigations, Concept and Schematic Design, revisions, final design and permitting, cost estimates, construction, construction management, and all other incidental and collateral work necessary to complete this project.
