The Town of Hartford is accepting bids from qualified Paving Contractors to mill bituminous concrete asphalt containing not more than 20% RAP (recycled asphalt product), install asphalt pavement and shoulder stone, and the painting of center/fog lines. For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address.).  The cutoff date for contractor questions shall be no later than 12:00 PM on Monday September 7, 2026.  The Town shall issue an Addendum (if necessary) via email by 3:00 PM on Tuesday September 8, 2026.

Request for Bids are due 12:30 PM, Monday, September 14, 2025, at the Town Manager’s Office, Attention: Christopher Holzwarth – Assistant Director, Planning & Permitting, Town Manager’s Office, 171 Bridge Street, W.R.J, VT 05001.  Envelopes are to be sealed and clearly labeled “Fall 2026 Paving Bids”.
