Project Description: RFP 23-24-24 Traffic Data Collection Services Deadline: 05/29/2025 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to perform traffic data collection services for the City. The City is outsourcing a majority of its data collection for its arterial, collector, and local street systems. The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods.
