Scope of Services
New Smyrna Beach Utilities is seeking a quote from a licensed and insured contractor to renovate the breakroom, restrooms, and control room at the Water Treatment Plant located at 2640 Paige Avenue New Smyrna Beach Florida, 32168. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision and permits. The contractor’s bid shall be based on actual field measurements. All work will follow applicable building codes, regulations and ADA Compliance.
We have a mandatory site visit scheduled for Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 9 A.M.
The location address is 2640 Paige Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168.
