Description/Background: The City of Chino Hills is seeking qualified consultants to provide as needed professional land surveying services to assist the City with surveying including, but not limited to, field surveys of boundaries, topographic surveying and mapping, property descriptions, easement plats and right-of-way maps, record of surveying, and perform other various types of surveying tasks on all types of Engineering design and construction projects within the City. The purpose of the request is to provide the City with the ability to obtain assistance within a short response time for various land surveying needs. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. The proposer shall submit a package clearly marked on the outside as “PROPOSAL FOR ON-CALL LAND SURVEYING SERVICES” to the City Clerk’s Office. The package shall contain the following: Three (3) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; One (1) original and one (1) copy of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Cost Proposal" and a signed W-9. Miscellaneous: Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Any exceptions to the standard agreement must be included with the proposal.
