Bid Title: Purchase of a Type III Ambulance
Category: All Bids Status: Open Description: The City of South Portland, Maine, is accepting proposals to manufacture and provide one Type III Ambulance, which will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 20, 2025. Late proposals will not be accepted.
Proposals should be submitted electronically to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. , with one hard copy sent to City of South Portland, 25 Cottage Road, South Portland, Maine, 04106, and marked as RFP#25-25 Ambulance. Electronic copies must be received by the deadline above.
Vendors must be registered to submit a proposal. Proposals from vendors not registered with the City may be rejected. Vendor will be formally registered once they have downloaded an electronic (PDF) copy of the Bid Document at https://southportland.gov/Bids.aspx. Printed copies of the Bid Documents are not available.
All proposals shall include the enclosed Proposal forms. Proposals will remain open for sixty (60) days after their opening.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the City.
