REQUEST FOR BID

POLARIS UTILITY TASK VEHICLE

Bids will be received by the Town of Merrimack until 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, May

11, 2026 to supply and deliver one (1) new Polaris General XP4 1000 Sport Utility Task Vehicle

(UTV) for the Town of Merrimack Fire Rescue Department, in accordance with the enclosed

detailed bid specifications and following conditions.

The proposed utility vehicle shall be a GENERAL XP 4 1000 Sport, with 100HP, 64”width,

13.5” ground clearance and model G26GME99A4. It shall include following accessories:

• #2883785 Polaris PULSE LED Light Bar Wiring Harness

• #2883801 Premium Poly Roof, 4-Seat

• #2889064 Lock & Ride Full Front Windshield, Glass, for GENERAL SxS

• #2891289 Lock & Ride Rear Window, Glass, for GENERAL SxS

• #2883121 RIGID® SR-Series 10” Spot LED Light Bar

• #2881525 Front Sport Upper Bumper

• #2891730 Pro Series 4,500 LB Winch Kit with Synthetic Rope for GENERAL SxS

The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal

taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall be quoted F.O.B. Town of Merrimack,

Fire Rescue Department, 432 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, NH 03054.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to

accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town.

Bids must be sealed and marked “Bid on Polaris UTV” and be delivered to the Town of Merrimack

Finance Department, 6 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054, by the time specified above

when they will be opened publicly and read aloud.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm the bid is received by the Finance Department by the

date and time specified.
