Turn west at the intersection of 16th Street and 7th Avenue North.
Proceed on 7th Avenue North, traveling across the railroad tracks, ignoring any signage that says keep out or otherwise. Continue forward until you arrive at the stop sign and the chain link fence. Turn left and look for a place to park. There is minimal visitor parking, but you should be able to find a spot. You will see a flagpole, a small, covered patio area and a glass door. Enter through the glass door.
