Summary

The City of Sierra Vista (“City”) is seeking a responsible vendor to provide adult softball officials according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.

All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Request for Proposal {"RFP"} by submitting a proposal consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.

Background

Sport officials are needed for technical rule authority in the City’s Parks, Recreation and Library (“PRL”) adult softball leagues. These officials are responsible for presiding over the game rules from a neutral point of view and making decisions that enforce the rules of the sport and sportsmanship.
