Project Description: The City of Goodyear (“City”) is soliciting bids for provide coordination for artisan/produce vendors and/or food trucks for Goodyear Events as requested through 2026. The city of Goodyear will be responsible for providing the venue and Contractor will ensure the power needs of each vendor is met and is self-sufficient. This agreement is non-exclusive, and agreements for individual events will be done by written communication between parties. A range of 5-60 vendors may be needed per event and at the discretion of the city.
