Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SEALED BIDS will be accepted no later than Friday Oct 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. for the following: Demolition of Racquet/Hand Ball Court Kiwanis Park, 30551 Maplewood SEALED BIDS will be accepted at the Office of the City Clerk, 6000 Middlebelt, Garden City, MI 48135.   Bid must be clearly labeled “Demolition of Racquet/Hand Ball Court” and contain two copies of the bid. Garden City has partnered with Bid Net as part of the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network and will post their bid opportunities to that site. All concrete footings under the wall demolished and removed offsite. All concrete floor and slabs up to the asphalt parking lot demolished and removed. All fencing demolished and removed offsite. Fill in dirt as needed to fill in all areas from all demolished  to finish grade. Topsoil and seed all areas as needed. The City of Garden City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The successful bidder must hold all required licenses for the business they will be doing with the City of Garden City.
