Description: RFP for Event Center Footing Replacement Project, San Miguel County Fairgrounds and Regional Park San Miguel County is requesting proposals and accepting sealed bids from experienced contractors to remove the existing footingand fencing, grade arena, install new footing and re-install fencing in the Indoor Arena/Event Center at the Fairgrounds; and as described in the scope of work below. The targeted project start date is March 15, 2025. The project completion date is no later than March 31, 2025 Mandatory pre-bid site visit/conference A mandatory pre-bid site visit/conference will be held by appointment with DeeAnna Burbridge, Fairgrounds Coordinator (970-327-4321). It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange for the pre-bid conference appointment. The appointments will be held during the weeks of February 10 through February 21 with a deadline of February 21. The purpose of this pre-bid conference will be to discuss and clarify the scope of work. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the pre-bid site visit/conference. Sealed bids will be opened and read by staff following the bid submission deadline. Bidders will be subsequently notified after the successful bidder has been determined.
