Description: INVITATION FOR BID COUNTY OF MOORE IFB 2025-02 PAVING PROJECT PURSUANT to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina sealed Bids titled "IFB 2025-02 – PAVING PROJECT” may be furnished to the County of Moore, Attn: Terra Vuncannon, 1 Courthouse Square, Carthage, North Carolina 28327 until 4:00 pm Tuesday March 4, 2025.  A Mandatory Pre-bid will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday February 18, 2025 beginning at the main entrance of the Agriculture Building at 707 Pinehurst Ave. Carthage, NC 28327.  For your convenience a Bid Drop-Off Box is located in the lobby at 1 Courthouse Square. The intent of the County is to obtain formal bids for a paving project for the County of Moore Property Management Department.  Instructions for submitting bids and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained at the above address during regular office hours or by the link below.  The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
