Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by Purchasing located in the Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance Office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225.

Correctional Healthcare Services

UNTIL: 2:30 PM PDT, Tuesday, June 24, 2025

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office, Corrections Division is requesting proposals correctional healthcare services for jail inmates, as further described in the RFP document.

A pre-proposal conference and site walk will be held at 10:00 AM PDT, Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the Whatcom County Main Jail, located at 311 Grand Ave., Bellingham, WA 98225. Interested parties must pre-register for the site walk; see page 5 of the RFP for more details.
