Scope of Services
The successful Bidder(s) shall be responsible for providing all selective or full demolition of structures, site improvements, and associated infrastructure as part of site work activities at the prices specified herein during the term of the agreement to be used on an as needed basis by the District. All demolition work shall be performed in compliance with applicable codes and safety standards, and shall include appropriate measures for the identification, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials. The performance of the successful Bidder(s) shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications set forth herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or award cancellation.
