Provide professional CPM services for the 10th and O street Reconfiguration project in downtown Sacramento California. The firm shall have experience in construction project management services for the design and construction of facilities of similar size and complexity to the Project.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.

The estimated cost of construction is approximately $100,000,000.00. The estimated duration of this contract is 72 months.
