Description: The City of Lodi is looking to award a Permanent Supportive Housing Operational Management Service Provider (hereinafter the “Service Provider”) for this program. The Service Provider shall demonstrate experience in permanent supportive housing programs and maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The ideal Service Provider has experience determining eligibility for individuals experiencing homelessness and meeting applicable disability and income eligibility requirements, set forth by the Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP), Homeless, Housing Assistance, and Prevention (“HHAP”), Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program (PLHA), California Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency (BCSH), California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin (HACSJ), San Joaquin Continuum of Care (SJCoC), and the City of Lodi.
