Notes	The Johnson County Park and Recreation District (JCPRD) is seeking proposals for tournament dates for Mid-America Sports Complex (MASC) and Mid-America West Sports Complex (MAWSC) for the months of May through July for the calendar years of 2026, 2027 and 2028.  For each date awarded, the successful tournament organizer will receive use of the complex for gameplay from 5 pm to 10 pm Friday, 8 am to 10 pm Saturday, and 8 am to 4 pm Sunday.  The minimum fee for each weekend time period at Mid-America Sports Complex is $11,800.  The minimum fee for each weekend time period at Mid-America West Sports Complex is $9,360.  Accepted bids will only be for the time frames listed above.  Additional rental time to start the event prior to Friday at 5 pm may be available but will be subject to approval by JCPRD and will be at an additional cost.  There will be an option to note the desire to trade the 8 am to 4 pm Sunday timeframe for 9 am to 5 pm Friday.  If noted and accepted, Sunday may still be available on a per hour basis for the event, but availability is not guaranteed.
