Blairmore Primary Water Main Rail Crossings Geotechnical Design Services Synopsis: The City of Saskatoon is seeking geotechnical engineering services to assess the ground and groundwater conditions and complete the design for the trenchless installation methodology and geotechnical support for a proposed primary water main (PWM) from the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) trending west crossing the Canadian Pacific Railway (CP) Right Of Way (ROW) and rail tracks at 16th Street and the Canadian National Railway (CN) ROW and rail tracks at 18th Street and Circle Drive.
