Description: Request for Proposals for UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER SOURCE WATER PROTECTION PROJECT COORDINATORProposal The Upper Mississippi River Source Water Protection Project (UMRSWPP) is a partnership between the drinking water utilities of St. Cloud, Minneapolis, and Saint Paul Regional Water Services. The partnership is soliciting proposals from interested consultants to serve as Project Coordinator for a three-year period, with the option to renew for an additional three years. The proposal submitted by the Consultant shall include a written overview of their approach to project coordination, a listing of proposed personnel by role and their 2025 hourly billing rate, and a short ( Please see the below attached document for full project information. Submission Requirements The City of St. Cloud serves as the administrator for the Upper Mississippi Source Water Protection partnership.
