Description: The Town of Apex is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide a Feasibility Study and Market Analysis for the redevelopment of Fire Station #1 in downtown Apex. Furthermore, the Town is interested in attracting private sector investment as part of the redevelopment options for the project. The study/analysis will address all options for future use, both public and private, as well as funding, ownership and partnerships. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to identify a consultant with the interest, capacity and qualifications to perform the Market Analysis and Feasibility Study to assist the Town with refining the future use and purpose of the property. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, July 25, 2025 to be eligible for consideration.
