Trust RFP 27-002M Home and Community Based Services Innovation and Reform

The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority (the Trust) is soliciting proposals for technical assistance and consultation to assist the Trust and the Department of Health, Division of Senior and Disabilities Services (SDS) on technical components of the Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) delivery system.

Proposals must be received no later than 1:30 P.M. prevailing Alaska Time on Monday, June 22, 2026. Late proposals or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
