Question for item no. 1.0. What is the minimum towing capacity required?Response: See Amendment #1.Questions and Concerns received from Atkins Kroll on May 7, 2026.1. Running Boards: Will the addition of running boards (factory or aftermarket) be acceptable as an addedaccessory on the Pickup Truck? If so, should the cost be included in the unit price?Response: Running boards are not part of the required specifications. Any inclusion will be consideredan optional accessory at no additional cost to the government.2. All-Terrain Tires: The specifications reference manufacturer-standard tires. Will all-terrain tires be anacceptable substitute or upgrade in lieu of standard tires for the Pickup Truck?Response: Yes.3. Procoat / Bed Liner: Will the inclusion of a spray-on bed liner (such as Procoat or equivalent) on the PickupTruck be acceptable and included in the unit bid price?Response: Yes.4. Decals / Vehicle Markings: The specifications indicate that vehicle markings shall be applied upon delivery.Please clarify: (a) Will the cost of decals/vehicle markings be included in the unit bid price, or will it behandled separately by the agency? (b) Will the bidder be responsible for sourcing and applying the decals,or will the agency provide the design/logo files?Response: (a) Yes. The cost of decals/vehicle markings will be included in the unit price; (b) The bidderwill be responsible for sourcing and applying the decals. The using agency will provide the design/logo.5. Service Contract (5 Years): The specifications reference a manufacturer's recommended preventivemaintenance service requirement. Will a 5-year service/maintenance contract (inclusive of all parts, labor,and disposal fees at no cost to the Government) be acceptable in lieu of or in addition to the standardwarranty service period stated in the bid?Response: Yes. Window tint for all windows and windshields isincluded as part of the bid specifications and requirements in accordance with 16 GCA § 3209.7. Decals / Vehicle Markings: Same question as Item 4 above — please clarify whether decal costs areincluded in the unit price and who is responsible for sourcing and applying vehicle markings for the Mid-Sized SUV.Response: The cost of decals/vehicle markings will be included in the unit price.
