It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor this site prior to proposal submission, in case additional information, which may be pertinent to the proposal is provided.

General Information:

Clark County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide groundwater monitoring services at Camp Bonneville.

Release Date: Wednesday, January 7, 2026
Closing Date: Wednesday, February 18, 2026

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 10am. Proposers shall meet at Camp Bonneville located at 23201 NE Pluss Road, Vancouver, Washington 98682 and should push the “call button” on the yellow pedestal at the gate for entry.
