BID NOTICE

Sealed bids are invited on the following project:

New Athletic Field House

College Street adjacent to the football field

Hartsville, TN 37074

Bids will be received at 103 Lock 6 Road, Hartsville, TN on or before 3:00 pm, CT (Central Time), July 16th, 2024, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and the Contract awarded as soon thereafter as practicable.

Pre-Qualified Bidders (General Contractors) shall receive electronic Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents via e-mail distribution. Paper copies will not be provided.

Bid documents may be examined at the following plan rooms:

1. Builder's Exchange of Tennessee, Nashville, TN.
2. Dodge Data & Analytics, Nashville, TN.
3. Nashville Contractors Association, Nashville, TN

A non - mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 pm CT (Central Time) June 18th, 2024, at the PROJECT SITE.

All Bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the "CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING ACT OF 1976" and as passed by the 89th General Assembly of the State of Tennessee. Furthermore, the Contractor should have the necessary licensing classifications as listed in Rules of Tennessee Board for Licensing General Contractors-Chapter 0680-1.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Owner.
