The Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority (“the Authority”) is a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana which owns the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is issuing a solicitation for C-2112 Procurement of Stage Risers as described in the bid documents and related exhibits.
