Event Description

The purpose of this proposal is to select an experienced Offeror to complete initial Title IV-E determinations for State and Tribal Title IV-E agencies to bring the state to current and maintain the Title IV-E agency as current on pending files for IV-E review. The Offeror must be physically present for the agency’s Federal Title IV-E review, scheduled for April 13, 2026, through April 17, 2026, to assist with questions and locating information requested by the Federal review team. Consultant will provide suggestions and examples for streamlining the Title IV-E determination process, based on Offeror’s knowledge and experience.

The State will to respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s responses will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system and the DSS website at http://dss.sd.gov/keyresources/rfp.aspx. Offerors may not rely on any other statements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this RFP.
