MCAG is seeking proposals from consulting firms with qualifications and experience necessary to update and enhance its Travel Demand Forecasting Model by adding a mode choice component, improving feedback processes, refining performance metrics, and strengthening the evaluation of transit services and emerging mobility options to better inform regional transportation and climate policy decisions. Notice is hereby given that the Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) has released project

number RFP20260326MCAG – SB1 – Merced County Travel Demand Model Update. MCAG is seeking

proposals from consulting firms with qualifications and experience necessary to update and enhance its

Travel Demand Forecasting Model by adding a mode choice component, improving feedback processes,

refining performance metrics, and strengthening the evaluation of transit services and emerging mobility

options to better inform regional transportation and climate policy decisions.
