General Information:

The project consists of removing and replacing the existing walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer, including but not limited to all insulated panels, doors, refrigeration equipment, and associated components, to ensure reliable energy-efficient and code compliant operation in support of facility mission requirements.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 10:00 am located at 5197 NW Lower River Road, Vancouver WA 98666.

Contractors shall meet on the sidewalk at the Northwest side of the building near the loading docks.
