Description:	The City of La Crosse is seeking to select an Engineering Firm, or team, to enter into a two-party agreement for the design of a plan for slope stabilization of the north end of Roesler Park. The goal for this agreement is to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for bidding in 2026, and for construction to commence in spring of 2028.
