Project Description: Sealed and/or electronic proposals must be received by the Executive Port Director or his designee of the Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission at 6000 Doug Attaway Blvd., Shreveport, Louisiana 71115 no later than 2 p.m. on October 16, 2026.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 am on October 2, 2026 at the RCC for a general walk-through of the facilities.
