It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor this site prior to proposal submission, in case additional information, which may be pertinent to the proposal is provided.

General Information:

The purpose of this RFP is to seek and select a qualified physical security service provider of trained, uniformed security officers to provide physical security services in Clark County government facilities.

Closing Date: Wednesday, September 10, 2025

Pre-Bid Conference:

A MANDATORY Pre-Submittal Meeting with be held Friday, August 15, 2025 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. Proposers shall meet at the Public Service Center located at 1300 Franklin St., Suite 679, Vancouver, WA 98660.

Proposals will only be accepted by the agencies that attend this meeting.
