Buyer E-mail Description The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to partner with one or more organizations that provide instructional resources specifically designed for Emergent Multilingual Learners (EMLs) in grades 6-12 within Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), Maryland. This RFP seeks partners who offer resources that support direct language instruction for EMLs demonstrating English Language Proficiency (ELP) levels 1-4 of the WIDA Framework, with an option for supplemental resources for Newcomers to English-only U.S. schools.
