Project Description:

The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform comprehensive monthly and annual monitoring and inspections of fire and security alarm systems at various County facilities. This includes maintaining internet and cellular communicators to ensure the proper functioning of these systems. The Contractor will also be responsible for providing routine and emergency maintenance and repairs as needed. Services outside the regular monitoring and inspection schedule will be provided at the specified rates in the Pricing Proposal.
