Description: Request for Qualifications Minot Police Station Remodel City Project 4970 The City of Minot Police Department is requesting qualification submittals for architect and engineering services to remodel a building at 515 2nd Avenue SW in Minot. The building is currently being used as the Minot Police Station and parts of the building are the former City Hall. The firm must submit 5 bound copies and one digital copy in PDF format. The RFQ must be labeled “Qualifications Submittal for Minot Police Station Remodel – City Project 4970”. Responses to the request for qualifications must be submitted to the Chief of Police office by 4:00 pm December 12th, 2025. All submittals must be sent to and received by: City of Minot Police Department Dale Plessas Deputy Chief of Police PO Box 5006 Minot, ND 58702-5006 Detailed information for those interested in submitting proposals is available in the Police Department Office, 515 2nd Avenue SW, Minot, ND, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or telephone at (701) 857-9868.
