The Efficiency Maine Trust seeks a qualified contractor or team of contractors to provide support services for our Retail and Distributor Initiatives. The awardee will serve as the program “delivery team.”

The Trust welcomes bids from Small Businesses, Minority Businesses, Women’s Business Enterprises, Veteran-Owned Businesses, and/or Labor Surplus Area Firms.
