Description: The City of Ceres is seeking businesses, individuals and non-profit groups(s) to manage and operate the food and beverages to be served from the concession stand and plaza area at Ceres River Bluff Regional Park on Hatch Road.  The main use of the park will be for soccer games and tournaments at the 9 field soccer complex.  There will also be many people walking, hiking, and relaxing at the new regional park.   Ceres Youth Soccer Organization has a 1,000+ youth playing and this will be their primary fields of play.  Adult soccer leagues and tournaments will also be scheduled there.
