Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on February 11, 2025, 10:00 a.m. local time for this project, at which time bids will be opened and read.

Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on February 04, 2025, 10:00 a.m. local time.

Project Scope: Construction of a new 10,200 sq. ft. Pre-Engineered Metal Building and associated site work.

Award of the contract will be made within fifty (50) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.

Plans and Specifications: Plans and specifications and all related Contract Documents are open for public inspection at the office of Marcum Architects, LLC, located at 2804 Eighth Street, Tuscaloosa, AL  and  plans,  specifications  and  other  elements  of  the  contract  documents  may be  obtained  from   office  of  the architect Marcum Architects, LLC, designated as the office of the awarding authority for this purpose, located at 2804 Eighth Street, Tuscaloosa, AL.  The contact person for the project is John M.
