Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (“PhilaPort”) invites bids for Maintenance Dredging at various PhilaPort facilities. Detailed descriptions of the required work are provided in Part III of this Invitation For Bids (“IFB”) and the Contract Documents (the “Project” or “Work”). All work must be completed prior to March 1, 2025. If a contract is awarded as a result of this IFB, it will include the Construction Contract Terms and Conditions outlined in Part IV of this IFB.
