Description: INVITATION TO BIDRFP# CCDPC2026-02 The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Planning and Codes, are accepting proposals for the design of stormwater management, shoreline best management practices & water quality improvements at Camp Mardela on Watts Creek, Denton, Maryland, including: Design and permitting of upland stormwater best management practices that will slow and filter stormwater runoff and enhance climate resiliency at Camp Mardela and improve water quality in Watts Creek and the Choptank River; and Design rooftop redirect systems for approximately six major building roofs in the Camp that will allow rainwater to be collected and conveyed to infiltration areas. The design shall include, but not be limited to, bioretention, bioswales, infiltration practices, and conservation plantings Design and permitting of shoreline best management practices that will improve water quality and coastal resiliency in Watts Creek and the Choptank River. The design shall include, but not be limited to, rock headland structures, dune habitat areas, and marsh creation zones. The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Planning

and Codes, are accepting proposals for the design of stormwater management, shoreline best management

practices & water quality improvements at Camp Mardela on Watts Creek, Denton, Maryland, including:
