Project Description: Louisville Metro Government (LMG), through the Office of Planning in partnership with the Louisville Landbank Authority (LBA), is seeking a qualified environmental consulting firm to provide Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) services in support of preparing a U.S. EPA FY2027 Community‑Wide Assessment Grant application and, if awarded, implementing assessment activities in Jefferson County, Kentucky. LMG will be the sole applicant; however, the LBA is a key partner whose property inventory includes priority sites for assessment.
