Description: The CITY OF CLEVELAND will receive sealed bids for trash receptacles for the downtown area.    Bids will be received until 1:00 P.M., EST, on November 4, 2024, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.   Any bid received after the date and time specified shall not be considered.
