Project Description: Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) The Austin Independent School District (herein after referred to as “AISD” or the “District”) is seeking
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental items necessary to remove the existing roofing system and install a complete, watertight roofing assembly in accordance with the contract documents. Work includes demolition of existing roofing, flashings, drains, curbs, and related components; substrate preparation; installation of polyisocyanurate insulation, gypsum cover board, and a fully adhered 80-mil reinforced PVC KEE membrane; all required flashings, edge metal, copings, fascia, drainage components, walkway pads, and accessories; and approved supports and watertight flashing for all rooftop penetrations and mechanical equipment. All sheet metal work shall comply with SMACNA standards, and all work shall conform to applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and contract documents. The Contractor shall verify existing conditions, maintain a clean and safe work area, protect completed work from damage, and remove debris daily until final acceptance.
