On page 75 of the bid under "Experience, References & Certification," the form requests a minimum of four (4) clients we are currently serving. However, each client entry includes a field labeled "Date Completed." We have downloaded the bid documents, but it has a watermark saying draft under Sample Agreement. Are we expected to review the Sample Agreement?
