Notice to Contractors Bids for CPKC BLUE RIDGE BLVD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AND ROADWAY WINDENING TAP-3322(417), STBG-3322(421), EARMARK 3322(418) will be accepted electronically via QuestCDN.com #10003736 until 2:00 pm on the 4th day of February, 2026. Bids submitted by QuestCDN are subject to a fee. Bids submitted after the bid acceptance deadline will not be accepted.

The contract provides for: the replacement of the existing CPKC bridge over Blue Ridge Blvd., with a four span double cell box girder bridge supported on h-pile bents. The project also includes the widening of the Blue Ridge Blvd. from 3rd Street to Grandview Road. The project also includes the extension of the RCB under Blue Ridge Blvd. Finally, the project includes the widening of the CPKC tracks embankment for the located CPKC mainline track. With this project this includes, the associated clearing and grubbing, excavation, backfill, seeding, erosion control measures, construction staking, and existing culvert cleanout.

Documents may be inspected at the City of Grandview Department of Public Works, 1200 Main Street, Grandview, MO 64030 (telephone number 816-316-4857) between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM starting on the 5th day of January, 2026.

An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of January, 2026, at: Grandview City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Grandview, MO 64030, Mayor Conference Room. All bidders are not required to attend the pre-bid meeting.
