Bid Title: Washington St Pavement Rehabilitation Project
Category: Construction Status: Open Description: The City of Sequim extends an invitation to bid for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the Washington St Pavement Rehabilitation project. This contract calls for placing about 1,040 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt including temporary traffic control, milling, striping, and other associated work on select city streets.

The City of Sequim, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. This project has a mandatory 8% DBE goal with zero training hours.
