Description: The proposed work includes modified cold-milling (depth transitions) on selected streets in the following subdivisions: Highland House Manor, Country Club of Sugar Creek, and Cape Town Village (North). Work shall be in accordance with the provided Specifications, Job Special Provisions, and Plans. Where not specifically covered by the Specifications, or Job Special Provisions or Plans, the Contractor shall adhere to the currently effective 2025 Edition of the "Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction", and the currently effective "MoDOT Standard Plans for Highway Construction." The contractor shall complete the work by December 1st, 2026. This was advertised in the Jefferson County Leader as Subdivision Asphalt Overlay PW26SUBAOP - we apologize for any confusion.
