Scope of Services
Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is requesting quote options for the renewal of existing SmartBear ReadyAPI and VirtServer licenses, as detailed below*:
1- SmartBear ReadyAPI Test Fixed User Subscription License - 10 licenses

2- SmartBear ReadyAPI Virtualization Fixed User Subscription License - 4 licenses

3- SmartBear VirtServer up to 50 virts - 1 license
OUC would like vendors to provide the following quote options:
Quote #1 - One-year term - Start date 10/01/2026, end date 09/30/2027

Quote #2 - Multi-year term - Start date 10/01/2026 - To be determined by the provided quote (Looking for savings on a multi-year purchase, could be 3-year or 5-year quote option. Please, send your best offer.)
